With extensive experience in healthcare across both tertiary and regional settings, including paediatric, neonatal, hospital leadership, education, recruitment, and workforce development, Mandie has an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this rapidly evolving industry.

Her postgraduate qualifications in advanced nursing and human resource management, combined with her years of collaboration with the university sector, and leadership training in both Australia and the USA, position her to guide individuals toward meaningful and achievable career outcomes.
